We stand behind every product we sell. Try it for a full 30 days — if it's not right for you, send it back for a full refund, even if you've used it. No interrogation, no hoops.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Used and opened products are eligible for a full refund within the 30-day window — testing the product does not void your return. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@goodlifehealth.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different item, email us at support@goodlifehealth.co. We will work with you to arrange the exchange, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goodlifehealth.co with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to post. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@goodlifehealth.co.
