Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Timeframes
United States: 7-15 business days from the ship date.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and high-volume periods — may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check the banner on our site for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries — sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@goodlifehealth.co with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
